information is requested from the applicant at this time.Please ask the applicant to respond to
thefollowing.
1.Access is currently shown off the emergency access road adjacent to the northproperty
line.It has been determined that this access road is on a private tract of property owned
by the City of Edmonds and cannot be used as access to the proposed lots.Resolution
1005 was passed by the City Council in 2001 limiting the use of this road to established
private access, utility maintenance, and emergency access to Woodway.Please revise
th
plan to show access to proposed structure from 240Pl SW.
2.Three full parking stalls 8.5’ x 16’ are required on private property.One of the parking
stalls may be tandum.
