I received the correction notice for project #BLD20181021 dated October 9, 2018. Below are the
requested corrections and locations on the drawings that they can be found:
1. 0.1 Egress Plan - Lower floor
a. Basement is clouded. Refer to the notes on A1.0 indicating the demolition of finishes
in the basement.
b. Alcove added at water fountain. Refer to notes on A1.1 and A1.2.
2. A2.0 and A2.1
a. No change to these sheets. Refer to the notes on A1.0 indicating the demolition of
finishes in the basement.
3. A3.0
a. No change to this sheet. Refer to the notes on ALO indicating the demolition of
finishes in the basement.
4. 01
a. Reference to sheet A5.1 has been removed from sheet 01
5. A1.0
a. Refer to note on lower floor demolition plan indicating the demolition in the
basement.
6. A1.1
a. Finishes demolished in basement. Note on laundry has changed wording. Itemsare
clouded on A1.1.
b. References to A5.1 have been removed.
c. A note has been added at the water fountain indicating the projection dimension. 'Ibis
note has been clouded. Additional notation has been added and clouded at the
fountain for the alcove and approach codes.
d. Reference has been changed from A/A4.1 to 2-A/A4.1.
e. Leaders have been removed on the east wall of spa room 4.
f. Leader and reference has been removed from west wall of bath.
g. Notes 6 and 7 have been removed.
h. Reference to ventilation in the stc)rage rooms have been removed.
i. Gross floor area chart has been revised to note the basement.
j. Note 2 of the ventilation notes has been removed.
k. Table 4.3.3.1.1 has been updated and clouded.
7. A1.2
a. References to A5.1 have been removed.
b. A note has been added at the water fountain indicating the projection dimension. This
note has been clouded. Additional notation has been added and clouded at the
fountain for the alcove and approach codes.
c. Reference has been changed from A/A4.1 to 2A/A4.1.
d. Leader has been removed from west wall of spa room 1.
e. Leader has been removed from east wall of bath.
f. Notes 6 and 8 have been removed.
g. Ventilation notes 2 has been removed.
h. Table 4.3.3.1.1 has been updated and clouded.
i. Gross floor area chart has been revised to note the basement.
8. A1.3
a. Note added for Detail 18/A4.2 for roof intake vent details.
9. A4.1
a. The cave assembly has been updated and calls out the use of fire retardant treated
wood.
10. A4.2
a. Detail 18 roof intake vent detail has been added to plan set.

11. ELO Lower floor electrical plan
a. Note has been added to demolish lighting except for those for required mechanical and
maintenance.
