d. A smalt second story deck is shown encroaching: into the, west setback area,. While
roof eaves may project into a required setback up to 30", the code does not have an
exception for 2nd story decks. Please remove that portion of the deck that
encroaches into the setback and verify that all roof eaves project only a maximum of
30" into a required setback.
REMOVED THE DECK PORTION(S) THAT ARE INTO SETBACKS AND HA VE

e. Because the west deck must be reduced, the height calculations will need to be
