response letter is written only for revisions that have been made on the Architectural drawings only.
Please see the Civil Engineers response letter and revised drawings in separate documents submitted by
Civil Engineer.

3m turtle Please label the elevation of the datum point on Sheet A-1.4, whether actual
or assumed.
Response: The site plan on Sheet A-1.4 has been revised to show the datum point from which
measurements are taken. The survey on Sheet A-1.3 shows the datum point at the intersection of 191st
St and Olympic View Drive. The site plan on sheet A-1.4 has been revised to include this datum point.
