This response letter is written only for revisions that have been made on the Architectural drawings only. Please see the Civil Engineers response letter and revised drawings in separate documents submitted by Civil Engineer. My response indicating action taken follows your Correction Items. Please note that the comment below appeared in the review comment from Mike Clingston. Since the civil engineer has revised his site plan to include the revised setbacks on his drawings, I have revised them on my drawings as well. I am responding to Mike Clingston directly for his Planning Review comments. Corrections ions Respt R§g General 5) The minimum driveway width is 12 ft. Please show a 12 ft wide driveway from the edge of road to a length of 20 ft. After 20 ft the driveway can be reduced to a minimum width of 10 ft. Response: The site plan on sheet A-1.4 has been revised to show this revision.
