Corrections
General Plan Review
1. See sheets E1.0 for the Lighting Plan and Fixture Schedule, and E1.1 for the Lighting Summary
forms.
Coversheet, Egress/Occupancy Plan
2. Occupant Load Calculations
A. Occupant load delineations and calculations have been revised per the diagram provided.
See Occupant Load Calculations and Egress / Occupancy Plan on sheet AO.O.
B. Information for space "117" has been added to the Occupant Load Calculations.
C. Occupant load factor for Bar Seating has been changed from 5 to 7.
D. Occupant load factor for space "107" from 300 to 200, and the use has been changed to
"Commercial Kitchen".
3. Plumbing Calculations
The Plumbing Calculations have been updated per the re -calculated occupant load. See
sheet AO.O.
4. Accessible Seating Calculations
The accessible seating calculations have been removed from sheet AO.0, and the designated
accessible seat symbols have been removed from 1/Al.l.

The existing occupancy on AO.0 has been changed from "A2 Tavern" to "M Mercantile"
6. Plan 3 — Egress Occupancy Plan
The Egress Occupancy Plan has been updated per comments 2a — 2d.
Sheet A1.0 — Floor Plan
7. Occupant Load Calculations
A. The designation for Wall Type 4 (W-4) has been removed from "Wall Types" on sheet A1.2,
and all W-4 wall tags have been removed from the Floor Plan, 1/Al.0.
B. All references to the "Shell & Core Permit" have been changed to "BLD2018-0523".
C. Door "108A" is not to be fitted with a closer. Required maneuvering clearances for door
"108A" have been indicated on the Floor Plan, I/A1.0, and a note has been added to the
Door Schedule on sheet A1.2, indicating that door "108A" is not to be fitted with both a
closer and latch.
D. Section bug along gridline "5" has been fixed, changed to "2/A3.0".
E. Detail bug at the accessible sales counter has been fixed, changed to "4/Al.21)
F. Detail bug at the raised platform has been fixed, changed to "3/Al.2"
G. Section bug along gridline "C2.5" has been fixed, changed to "1/A3.0".
H. An accessible ramp has been provided to provide access to room 102. Part of that path also
includes a new door (104A) into room 102. See the Floor Plan, 1/Al.0.
Per our phone conversation on 10/23/2018, handrails are not required at the step to the
raised seating areas.
A detail for the skylights has been provided, see 5/A1.2. Note that the new openings for the
skylights will be cut into the roof sheathing, insulation and roofing, but the existing roof
framing will not be cut or altered. The framing will run continuous beneath the skylight
openings.
Sheet A1.1 — Floor Plan
8. The sheet number for A1.0 has been changed to A1.1
9. Plan 1 — Furniture and Equipment Plan
A. The water heater tank above the janitor sink has been changed to (2) tank -less heaters, one
between lavatories in each bathroom. See item #17 on the Equipment Schedule.
B. Detail bug at the accessible sales counter has been fixed, changed to "4/Al.211
10. Notes have been added to the Equipment Schedule and to the Floor Plan, specifying that the
walk-in cooler is to comply with WSEC C410.2 and C410.3.
11. The Fixture / Appliance ID symbol in the Legend has been changed to match the circle symbol
shown in the plans.

Sheet A1.2 — Enlarged Outdoor Seating Plans, Wall Types, Door & Window Schedule
12. Fastener information has been added to the Wall Types (1/Al.2). 8d nails @6" o.c., or (3) 8d
nails per -block.
13. A note has been added to the Door Schedule confirming that all door hardware is to meet the
requirements of IBC Section 404.2.6.
A closer note has been added to the Door Notes section of the Door Schedule, but no closers
are proposed. A lockset note has also been added and doors requiring locks are now indicated
on the Door Schedule.
The sizes of doors 103A and 112A have been changed meet the clear width requirements of IBC
1010.1.1. Door 103A is now a single 36" wide door, and door 112A is a pair of 36" doors,
allowing full access width with only a single leaf open. See door schedule.
