Dear Ms. Griggs,
We are in receipt of the comment letter dated October 2, 2018 and have made changes
to our plans in response. Below are the items from the letter, with additional
comments describing our updates to the plans.

the City ROW to 106th PI W.
We have added the materials to ourplans.
11/1/2018 - Please note the edge of pavement near the proposed new driveway.
Clearly note the portion of asphalt driveway extending from the edge of
pavement to the new concrete driveway.
Notes are on the plan indicating the edge ofpavement near the new
driveway. We have added a gray screen to graphically illustrate the new
asphalt in the right of way.
4. 11/1/2018 — Remove clouding on the plans.
The clouding has been removedfrom theplans.

1. ll/l/2018 —Extend the filter fence parallel to 106th PI W to the northern end
of the proposed infiltration trench. Show this change on the plans.
Thefilterfence has been extended around the infiltration trench.
2. 11/1/2018 — Please note on the plans that all disturbed soils shall be compost
amended per BMP T5.13. Also note that soils in the vicinity of the existing
driveway to be removed shall be compost amended and permanently stabilized.
We have added these notes to the site plan.
