SITE PLAN
1) On the cover sheet of the plans, it is noted that the new addition and new second deck will
account for 339 square feet and 41 square feet of new impervious surface area, respectively.
On A2.01B, the new deck is depicted as 708 square feet. Please address this discrepancy on
the plans and in the total new impervious surface area calculation.
Please note that meeting or exceeding 2,000 square feet of new impervious surface
area shall require stormwater management.
