During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents with a written
response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2 nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.

2/20/2019 - ***Based on a meeting held with Coast Bank, City of Edmonds Engineering
Department and the Fire Department on 1/31/19, it was determined that a riser room, fire sprinklers
and DCDA would be required in order to allow for addition occupancy. For this reason, we will
need an updated site plan providing the following.

11. 5/31/2019 — Please note: The City of Edmonds requires Develop ers/C ontracto rs to notify
affected residents and businesses of any planned water main shuts offs. Please review the
City ofEdinonds Water Outa,-e Policy for Private Development Proiects.
