It is the intention of the owner to pursue the optional vesting per ECDC 19,00,030, Please accept
this letter as pod of the fully complete application per item AA. The following is a description of the
project related to its compliance with zoning and other related codes. Additional materials related to
Building Permit review and approval will be submitted within the 90 day deferral from to time of ADR
approval.
