Re Brackett's Corner Final Plat
DearJoanne,
In accordance with your comments dated March 22, 2018, 1 have completed the following
revisions to the plat map:
1. Nothing required
2. As I understand the foundation construction has been approved.
3. Final mylars will comply with the Auditor's requirements.
4. The Hold Harmless clause, easement provisions and restrictions have been moved to sheet 1.
5. The easement provision language has been revised.
6. The map has been revised accordingly.
7. Signature lines have been removed.
8. The term detention has been revised to management and infiltration where appropriate.
9. The restriction has ben revised with the building permit number.
10. Language has been revived.
11. The impervious surface table has been completely revised in collaboration with John Yuen, the
project engineer to more accurately reflect the project drainage report.
12. The information has been moved to sheet 3 as requested.
13. Lot number 3 has been added.
14. 1 kept the same format as before. With the revised table it would be impossible to use arrows.
15. Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the covenant have been added to the stormwater management note on
sheet 3. Sheet 4 has been eliminated.
16. Sheet 7 is now sheet 6.
17. Revised accordingly.
18. Revised accordingly.
