Mike,
I will reassign the Demo's to Engineering for review. I know there were some corrections called out for sheet C1.0 (the
demo sheet) on the corrections given from Engineering last December. I will assign and have JoAnne review to see if the
plan is ok just for the Demo's. I will need the PSCAA (Puget Sound Clean Air Agency) numbers for houses/detached
garages.
Keep in mind .... If you Demo the existing homes and they are not replaced within 1 year you do not get credit for Park
Impact Fees on the existing homes.

Hi Linda, I have Asbestos survey complete on all 3 houses/Garages/Sheds. Asbestos abatment was complete on 2 of the
houses (8611 house did not have asbestos). I would like to get the demolition permits issued for all 3 houses. 8609,
8611, 8615 244t' St. SW. BLD20170330, BLD20170331, and BLD20170332. Let me know how we can proceed with that.

Mike,
I started out sending separate Consolidated Comment letters but I am getting back logged on time so I will send the
rest out as one consolidated email. All off the permits have now been reviewed. You can see comments that need to be
responded to here: Permit Info. Just enter the permit number and scroll down to Associated Files and you will see
comments. All the permits have comments from Planning and Engineering. If you do not see comments from Building,
that means building has approved the plan. Here is a list of the permits where building has comments that need a
response: BLD20171335 House #2; BLD20171337 House #4; BLD20171342 House #9; and BLD20171344 House #11.
