Dear Norm and Lou Wanna:
You have petitioned the Board of Elm Place Homeowners' Association to remove a maple
tree from the side of your property.
We understand this maple tree has wrapped its roots around your water meter, caused holes
and roots growing in your grass and has now grown into your foundation. You have said that if
approved you would replace this tree with either a Vine Maple or Stewardia at your own expense.
After consideration we the Elm Place Association Board have given our approval to remove this tree
and be replaced by you.
