Yes please tag all rest rooms over I occupant and add corridors and all other rooms. 2. You need to have a qualified agency or company test your site to determine if a DAS system is required, we do not perform the testing. I Disregard as these comments were submitted prior to the deferred submittals. 4. Fire lane markings are approved as submitted and will be subject to field inspection. 5. Correct, Building and fire will also be reaffirming, through inspection, that there are no combustibles or ignition sources in these spaces. Subject to field inspection, no sprinklers will be required between the TH's. "Resub for G2.10 Add Occupant tag for each space". Do you wont this tog in every room? Does this tog need to be added to toilet rooms and corridors? P 1 11 Q Q GROUPEDU ASSEMBLY 243 SF ISOLF 16 OCCUPANTS 0 ww- 2. Deferred Submittal item#1: Is the DAS System required? 3. Deferred Submittal item#2 Sprinkler System & 3# Fire Alarm system: The fire sprinkler submittal have already been submitted to both the City of Edmonds and the DOH. Do we need to submit these systems to the Deportment of Fire prevention as well? 4. Fire Lane Markings. Please see attached plan A1.00 which shows the location of the "fire lane — no parking" signage on the pavement — is this correct? 5. Reaffirm ceiling and floor spaces will be of non or limited combustible materials to eliminate sprinklers in the void space. The attached 'fire rating draw" shows the secondfloor building section. There are no combustible materials in the void space above the lay -in acoustic ceiling tile and the underside of the Type-X gypsum board (which is part of the 1 -hour rated floorlceiling assembly). — Is this the area you are asking us to reaffirm? The rotedfloor assembly has wood TJI's, but is enclosed by GWB on the bottom and cementitious topping above and doesn't need sprinkler heads between the TJI's — correct?
