* It is imperative that the contractor and/or project owner call for required inspections prior to
completing work, pouring concrete, placing asphalt, backfilling utilities, etc. Many inspections have
occurred without proper notice to the city and in some cases, after work has been completed. This is
not acceptable and has created several project issues.
* Inspections can be scheduled 24-hours a day by calling (425) 771-0220 ext. 1326 or on the city
website. Inspections shall be requested prior to 7am of the day inspection is desired.
