On June 17, 1964, after re-ceiving plans and applicatiori for a building
permit to construct a commercial building on property described as:
The North 384.00 feet of Tract 10 of Lake McAleer 5-Acre
Tracts, as recorded in Vol. 14 of Plats, Page 99, Records
of Snohomish County, Washington; less the North 10 feet
and East Ljo feet thereof for roads;
this department found on checking its records that the property is
zoned R-8, Single Residential.
Therefore, until such time as the property may be rezoned for commercial
use, the application for building permit is denied.
