information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed. Please resubmit 3 copies of the
revised civil drawings and associated documents with a written response to each item to an Engineering

Info only: Although technically allowed, the City discourages the use of CMP for drainage purposes.

Detention pipe coverage at upper detention catch basin is less than 2 feet.
h. New Item: Proposed slope of detention pipe is double the allowed maximum.

i. New Item: Proposed rim elevation for upper catch basin, which is three feet from the garage, is three feet
below the garage finished floor elevation. Please review and adjust.
j. New Item: The rim elevation for the control catch basin is almost seven feet above the upper catch basin.

b. The side sewer is proposed to connect directly to a nearby sewer manhole. Please specify how this is to
be accomplished. Applicant replies: When the sewer line was put in roughly 23 years ago, a stub out at that location was
put in by the city by Ed Huebner's request.
Please add a note to the drawing to contact Public Works at 425.771.0235 to ascertain that the direct side
sewer/manhole connection is at current standards.
9. Please note the location in the 70th Ave right-of-way where the proposed water meter is to be located.
Please clarify: is this an existing water meter? Is the service line already stubbed to the property?
