New Item: Proposed rim elevation for upper catch basin, which is three feet from the garage, is three feet below the garage finished floor elevation. Please review and adjust. j. The side sewer is proposed to connect directly to a nearby sewer manhole. Please specify how this is to be accomplished. Applicant replies: When the sewer line was put in roughly 23 years ago, a stub out at that location was put in by the city by Ed Huebner's request. Please add a note to the drawing to contact Public Works at 425.771.0235 to ascertain that the direct side sewer/manhole connection is at current standards. 9. Please note the location in the 70th Ave right-of-way where the proposed water meter is to be located. Please clarify: is this an existing water meter?
