1. Show all easements, existing and proposed, encumbering the property.
a. The 10'W x 114'L drainage easement along the north property line is stated to be
abandoned on this plan sheet. Please provide documentation that the easement has
in fact been abandoned and revise the civil plan sheets accordingly.
b. A 12'W x 109'L drainage easement is shown along the south property line, but does
not appear to have been recorded against the property. Please provide copy of the
recording documents and reference the recording number.
c. Include Assessor File Number for all recorded easements on this plan sheet.
d. Clearly show limits of easement areas instead of just one line of the easement.
