15925 - 75th Pl. W., Richard Hankinson
1. An application for septic tank permit for the subject property has been
reviewed and approved.
2. Particular attention should be paid to the problems on the site of:
(a) ground water, and (b) reported land slides. Problem (a) is
referred to in the attached copy of a letter from Reid, Middleton &
Associates, and their recommendation is for instUlation'of a
subdrainage system to protect the entire building site. Problem (b)
is referred to in the attached geologic report of the "Haines Wharf"
area. Suitable precautions should be taken in light of the above
informations
