The City has received a complaint regarding the storage of a portable basketball hoop on the public right-of-way in front of the subject property.
Although the City does not regulate basketball hoops specifically, the City does regulate storage in the public right-of-way. Please see the enclosed photograph.
Please have the basketball hoop stored off the public right-of-way by October 31, 2019 and thereafter.
