On March 30, 1983 our field crew staked the four building corners for your proposed
new residence in accordance with the plat plan you provided to me. The attached

Using a reference elevation of 100.0 feet on top of the 1/2" iron pipe at your
most southerly property corner, the mean elevation of the four corners of the
building envelope was determined to be 93.65. At the request of the builder, Mr.
Allestad, a spike was set in the side of an evergreen tree near the north property
line at elevation 93.65 feet. That is the elevation from which the 25.0 foot
height restriction is to be measured'
