On November llth, 1985 I visited your residence to complete the final
inspection phase under the subject permit. Two of the three
discrepancies remained from a previous inspection on November 2nd, 1983.
The two incomplete items are; 1) adjust the self closer on the solid
core, house to garage door. This door must self -close and latch, 2)
provide an exhaust fan that vents to the outside for the small bathroom
off of the main entry. The venting duct material should comply with
Section 1104 of the 1982 Uniform Mechanical Code, (copy attached).
These items are life safety items and must be completed before final
occupancy can be approved. Please make the corrections and have the
work inspected within 60 days. If you have any questions please call
me at 771-3202.
