In a telephone conversation on August 21st, 1985 you informed tie
Building Division that you are in the process of filing a legal
action
against Trinity Construction, the contractor on the subject permit.
A field inspection on August 29th, 1985, revealed the following
outstanding requirements:
1. A self -closer is required on the common door in the garage.
2. All insulation must be per the 1980 State Energy Code.
3. The Engineering Department requires an as -built of the
drainage system, (contact Dan Smith at 771-3202.)
The construction permit expired October 10th, 1985. Because you
are
now the legal owner of the residence it is your responsibility
to
correct any and all deficiencies. You may renew the permit for
a
nominal fee (an application is enclosed), or have the work completed
and call for a final inspection within 30 days.
