documents and records the City has relating to the issuance of a
building permit to Mr. Pierides last year. Mr. Pierides' home,
located at 16320 75th Pl. W., was destroyed by a fire on December
20, 19879 These records are being requested pursuant to an
insurance claim.

completely altered, and the concrete footing and CMU on the east i
