The following information is required in order to plan check the
subject permit application:
ENGINEERING
1. A drainage plan is required. Please provide for temporary and
permanent erosion control.
PLANNING
1. Rockeries cannot exceed 3 feet in height within the setback area.
2. The left elevation drawing does not correspond to the floor plans
proposed. Specifically, a rounded projection in the rear yard is shown
on the foundation and floor plans but not detailed on the elevation
view. Provide details and a new elevation view.
3. The rounded projection in the rear yard must be included in the
height calculations.

ADDENDUM TO EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
SEWER LINE AND FUTURE MAINTENANCE
This easement is granted to Thuesen Custom Homes, Inc., hereinafter
"Thuesen" by PEC Investments, Inc., hereinafter "PEC" for the sum
of $750.00 (Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars) together with
the following terms and conditions:
1. All claims PEC may have had against Thuesen Custom Homes
or Bjorn Thuesen relative to unlawful discharge of water onto its
property from the surrounding Thuesen development are forever waived,
forgiven and discharged,
2. Thuesen will insure construction of its sewer line does not
damage in any way PEC's log bulkhead, trees or plants and that 4"
of gravel surfacing will be compacted into the cut in PEC's driveway
after installation of the sewer line, In the event damage to PEC's
property does occur as a result of the herein stated sewer line
construction, Thuesen agrees to make full and immediate repairs at
its sole expense. The cut in the driveway will be left level with
the surrounding asphalt, PEC will be responsible for resurfacing
the driveway with asphalt,

3. Thuesen will install a concrete vault box furnished by PEC
to replace the damaged plastic vault box currently located in PEC's
driveway. Said installation will be completed concurrently with
" the sewer line installation at Thuesen's sole expense.
