YAUGHTEN MAYOR PETER E. HAHN DIF_CTOR This letter is in reference to the Porto Fino Pizza business at 1306;; Olympic View Drive. The property has a violation which we have been trying to resolve, but with no success. The attached sign on the building was not installed as presented on the drawings.submitted to the City for Architectural Design Board review and for the building permit. The sign extends above the eaves of the roof, which is not permitted. A drawing of the approved location (submitted by the Applicants) is enclosed. I called Jim Manning of Manning Signs, the sign representative, on December 18, 1989. Jim told me he would have the sign moved so that it is in compliance. No action was taken, and I called Jim again on Juanuary 17, 1990. Jim agreed to move the sign by January 25. To date, the sign has not been moved as requested. If the sign is not moved by February 28"so that it complies with the drawing shown on the approved plans, this office will take the necessary legal action to obtain compliance.
