I spoke with Jennine Graff a few minutes ago and she advised me to let
you know about my concerns about the fence.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter I sent to Ms. Rovi.o, when she was

3 checked with Chioago Title and 41000vera4 that she is not the owner of
the property.
The fence is now complato and has blocked access to my property..
My attorney has all of the pertinent pagers and is preceding with
legal action.

RE: 18912 OLYMPIC VIEW DRIVE FOOTWG AND FENCE PERMIT APPLICATION
Dear Ms. Hovik:
Since you have identified yourself as the Trustee of the subject property this letter is being sent to your
attention. The Building Department has completed initial review of the subject permit application with r
the following comments:
I. Since you have informed the City that a lawsuit is being conducted between the owner and a
past contractor on the same work as this permit application, the following requirement will be
imposed. A licensed engineer shall be on site to inspect placement of the footings and
thickened slab. Appropriate shoring and/or bracing shall be recommended by said engineer.
A field report shall be provided to the Building Division for review and comment. Also,
please provide a licensed contractors bid for the foundation repair work so that accurate permit
fees may be calculated.
2. The City has received a citizen's inquiry on the proposed location of the fence. Please be
» advised fences must be located on private property and the location is subject to any
encumbrances called out in the title reports, such as easements etc.
