The City has received a complaint regarding an accessory structure extending into the required setbacks at the subject property. A site inspection was made and it does appear that the
structure is within thesetback. The subject property is zoned RS-8 which requires a 7.5-foot side setback.
The following corrective actions are required by November 22, 2019:
Please move the accessory structure outside of the 7.5-foot side setback area.
Please maintain the accessory structure at a minimum of 7.5-feet from the side property line.
