ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
In consideration of the mutual coven4nts by the owners of each
parcel in this short plat, the undersigned hereby agree(s) that:
The Road Parcel in this short plat shall be maintained and kept
in a condition that permits adequate automotive travel by those who
have legal access thereto and therefore.
It is further agreed that all maintenance, repair, improvement
