7.7/30/08 Grading calculations do not agree with our calculations (approx 168 cyds). Please provide
calculations. Provide on site plan bottom of footing (BOF) to verify grading calculations. Provide
grading quantities.

10.Detention system: Done. 7/31/08 Though please show where footing drains will go. Cannot connect to
detention system. May add drywell(s) to accommodate this drainage if unable to easily bypass detention
to connect with storm system.
11.7/31/08 Incorrect placement of easement, please see recorded civils. (see attached) Correct plans to
show access easement is 15’ in width (12’ is paved portion) as required per City of Edmonds Standard
Details. Show easement cutout at SE corner of lot 11’ x 15’. See recorded copy of Short Plat for detail.
