Subject: Request for Additional Information to Complete Your Architectural Design
Board Application, File No. ADB -06-122
Dear Mr. Adams:
We have received your application for an Architectural Design Board (ADB) review
regarding the 8 unit condominium building at 7507 -- 218th Street SW, Before I can
continue processing your application, I need the following items:
1) Engineering Requirements: Please contact Jeanie McConnell at (425) 771-0220,
extension 1338 with any questions about these:
a) Preliminary Drainage Plan.
b) Revised Traffic Impact Analysis worksheet (submitted one is stated to be
incomplete).
2) Color — I see the descriptions of the colors. Were you planning to provide color
samples? Or do I remember correctly that these colors were to match the existing
buildings?
3) Will there be any additional lighting for the site?
4) I briefly looked at the Landscape Plan and noted that the rear yard was to be sod lawn.
Generally the Archictural Design Board wants to see more screening of the building
than sod can provide. Perhaps you could explain the choice of lawn?
Please contact me by October 9, 2006, to let me know your schedule. If you can have the
information to me by October 13, 2006, 1 should be able to keep you on the November 1,
2006, Architectural Design Board meeting agenda. If you have any questions, please
