RE: Simpson-Bock Lot Line Adjustment PLN20110075
Greetings,
Thank you for submitting a land use permit application for a lot line adjustment (LLA) between the properties
located at 616 and 626 Maple Street in the RS-6 zone. I have reviewed the above permit application for the
Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before the Planning Division review can continue.
1.Survey Revision: Please revise and resubmit the LLA map, which should include the following:
a.Easement: Please add the sewer easement, along with easement language, to the LLA map. Please
contact Jeanie McConnell in our Engineering Division at 425.771.0220 if you have any questions. They
would like to review this information prior to issuing their department approval.
b.Dates: Please change the dates on the LLA map from 2011 to 2012.
c.Structures: If any structures or foundations have been removed since the LLA map was created, please
revise the LLA map to reflect this.
d.File Numbers: Please add file number PLN20110075 to the face of the LLA map.
2.Reduced Copy: Please submit a reduced and updated copy of the LLA map. I need to have this when I issue
the approval (this is a required application submittal item that I have previously requested).
Once these changes are made, I will be able to issue my staff report decision on your proposal. Please submit a
written response to the above, along with any revised plans to my attention at your earliest convenience. All
