Development Review Committee meeting with the City of Edmonds next Thursday,

Description of Project
: Applicant, Dr. Chelsea Tripp, is currently in negotiations to purchase the existing commercial
building at 8401 Main Street, approx. 17,575 total sf. There are currently two existing tenant spaces: one approx. 1200 sf
restaurant tenant, to remain (Caffe Ladro); and an approx. 16,375 sf space currently not occupied that is the subject space
for an interior remodel by applicant for a new veterinary clinic business. Applicant wishes to discuss with the City the
proposed plan and possible phasing approach to construction, along with any potential code issues that may arise from this
remodel. Applicant currently has a CUP application submitted with the City for future 24/7 operating hours for clinic.
