T0date, | received one comment from 8nadjoining property owner. Her concerns are GS
1. We request written documentation that equipment being installed on the pole in front
Ofour property cannot inany way be linked tOcausing cancer.
2. Due tothe fact that the height ofthe new pole isgreater than the distance from the
pole to our home, vverequest written assurance that Verizon and/or the city nf
Edmonds will cover any and all property damage and related medical bills should the
new pole b8damaged causing damage toour home and/or personal injury.
3. We request that our property value be re -assessed following installation and that we be
monetarily compensated for any and all difference inproperty value.
4. Finally, we request that any change in property assessment be reflected in our annual
property taxes.
To address her first comment would you please create a one-page synopsis of the findings and
federal regulatory requirements for the RF emissions cited in the report prepared by Morrison
Hershfield. | think this should, 8tthe very least, provide some clarity Onhow the new antennas
will b8iDcompliance with federal regulations. Regarding the pole height, please provide
information about ownership of the pole, who installs the new pole and which entity carries the
insurance on the pole should it fall down. On her third request please provide any information
you may have ODstudies reflecting impacts (if any) onproperty values due tOthe presence Of
wireless antennas OO utility poles.
