This is not allowed. o Route footing drains either to the outflow line outside of the detention system or to a separate drywell, if possible (preferred). 2.Utilities: Please include the locations of the proposed water and sewer lines on the site plan from mains to house. o Show the location of the water meter. Maintain a 10’ separation between the sanitary side sewer and the water service line. o A 6” cleanout is required on the sanitary sewer line at the property line with a 12” locking CI lamphole o cover. Please show this requirement on the site plan. If you wish to reuse the existing sewer lateral, contact Public Works (425-771-0235) for an assessment of o the current line’s condition. Engineering notes the new power service shall be undergound. o 3.Grading, Excavation, Shoring: Significant grading of the site will be required. Submit a grading plan with existing and proposed o contours, along with verifiable grading quantities. Include a temporary shoring plan to account for steep cuts near property lines where 2:1 slopes are not possible. Show a driveway profile on site plan. o Due the depth of the cuts, Engineering anticipates the need for retaining walls on the property, o particularly along the east side of the driveway. No such walls are indicated on the site plan. Please include them on the site / grading plan, and include top and toe elevations at five-foot intervals. Be advised that any retaining walls over four feet in height must have the designs stamped and signed by a licensed engineer, and designs for retaining walls over six feet in height shall be submitted for peer review. Note that any retaining walls / rockeries must have a two-foot shy distance from the edge of the o driveway. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
