During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Differentiate between fence and property lines.
2)Please provide the bottom of footing elevation(s) for the existing home so grading can be
calculated from this point to the bottom of footing of the new foundation.
3)Rockeries need to be set back from the right of way equal distance of the height of the rockery.
4)Show silt fence along the west and south property line per City Standard E1.1.
5)Please show rock consctruction entrance on site plan.
6)Please show staging and lay down area on site plan.
7)If closure of on street parking is needed, disruption fees will apply. Indicate duration of intended
closure.
8)If re-using existing sewer lateral, condition must be verified by city’s public works department.
Contact Edmonds sewer division, 425-771-0235.
9)If re-using existing side sewer, property owner must have condition verified. Provide TV report to
city’s public works department.
10) Note on plans that driveway approach shall be updated per Edmonds City Standards.
11) Sidewalk are shown on the site plans, but do not currently exist on site. If you plan to construct
sidewalks please note on site plan that sidewalk will be constructed per city standards E2.26, E2.8,
and E2.13

12) Please relocate spreader trench onto south property line so if system overflows the overflow will
go into the right of way.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
