During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses to each comment as to how it
has been addressed, and where changes can be found on the plans. Please submit revised
plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide a written scope of work on the plans.
2.Provide wall construction detail, including attachment of top and bottom to structure. Clearly
show which walls/doors are existing vs. proposed.
3.The accessible path of travel from the entrance door to the office space must meet ICC/ANSI
A117.1 Section 404.2.5 (see attached).
4.Specify door hardware, including handle and locking devices for exiting and accessibility.
5.The original approved plans for this building show the accessible route of travel from the
accessible parking stall to the tenant space through the rear door of the tenant space. Show
maneuvering distance on tenant space side of door, and show how this path of travel will be kept
clear since it is a storage room.
