andproposed--includerooftops,driveways,patios,walkways,andsimilarhardscapes.
4.Detention:engineeringnotesthedetentionsystemissharedacrossalllotsofS-42-85.
a.Showthedetentionsystemonthesiteplan.Includepipesize,length,anddetentioncapacity.
b.NotetheimpervioussurfaceextentsofLotsBandCofS-42-85sothattotalimperviousareas
canbecomparedtothesystemcapacity.
