Encroachment: Thesiteplanshowstheexistingconcreteslabonthenorthsideofthepropertyasencroachingintothecitysewereasement.suchstructures arenotallowedwithoutanapprovedencroachmentpermit.Pleaseverifytheextentoftheencroachment,andeitherapplyfortheproper permit,orremovetheslabtotheeasementline.
