Thank you for submitting the required documentation and application fees for the above -
referenced permit on February 3, 2017. Pursuant to Section 20.02.003 of the Edmonds
Community Development Code (ECDC), the application is complete. The City will proceed with
the associated public notice requirements and issue a SEPA threshold determination.
The project is scheduled for an introduction and discussion at the Planning Board on March 22
with a public hearing tentatively scheduled for April 26. That public hearing date is subject to
change depending on how the Board wants to process with the review.
