Architectural Design Board (ADB) Review Required: Yes, because SEPA threshold is exceeded. Review
will be General Design Review, per ECDC 20.11.
Comprehensive Plan Designation: Planned Business/Neighborhood Business within the Westgate
Corridor.
Landscaping: Pursuant to ECDC 20.13. Type I is required along the boundary adjacent to the
residentially-zoned lot to the east. Type III would be appropriate along Edmonds Way. Automatic
