Height: 25 feet maximum as measured from average original grade + 5 feet for roof having a slope of 4” in 12” or greater. Parking: According to ECDC 17.50.020.B.5, business and professional offices with on-site customer service require one parking space per 400 square feet of gross building area. At 7,225 square feet, the development would require 18 parking spaces.
