Regarding: Removal of cedar tree on Dale Lane's property at 9110
Olympic View Dr. Edmonds, WA. 98026
To Whom It May Concern;
Bill and Jan Munson would like to remove the cedar tree on Dale Lane's
property to improve the view from our property as well as our
neighbor's properties. Ami Samuels, Mark Zachariah, Elizabeth Smith
and Dale Lane have all agree to share in the cost of the removal as their
view(s) would be improved as well.
Attached you will find a geotechnical report prepared by Zipper Geo
Associates, LLC., a report for tree removal prepared by Eco Tree NW by
an ISA certified arborist, a photo of the tree, mailing labels for the
homes within 300 feet, the City of Edmonds Land Use Application and a
check for the tree cutting permit fee.
The geo tech report provides information on native replacement plants.
