Dear Mr. Clugston:
Enclosed please find (1) a Land Use Application signed by all affected property
owners; (2) four dimensioned plans (18" x 24") prepared by Jack Holmes of C & C
Surveying LLC, and one 8 1/2" x 11" copy; (3) a title company certification for all
properties involved, which is not more than 30 calendar days old; (4) two checks in the
total amount of $985 for payment of the permit fee and records fee; and (5) a copy of my
letter to you dated March 3, 2015.
The enclosed Land Use Application is a resubmission of Lot Line Adjustment
Application No. PLN20150012. In response to your comments on the prior draft
documents under that application number, Mr. Holmes has revised the short plat
reversion / lot line adjustment.
As indicated in my letter to you dated March 3, 2015, the purpose of this lot line
adjustment is simply to return the subject lots to their boundaries set forth in the 2002
Corrected Short Subdivision (Snohomish Rec. No. 200205315007), which was
previously approved by the City. The goal of this is to harmonize the tax parcels with the
parcels as they are owned and encumbered. We believe this should be a simple process,
since this will merely be a reversion to a configuration already approved by the City.
