RE: Burleigh Short Plat
Dear Ms. Hope,
This letter and accompanying short plat plans and reports are being submitted to
you to address how our proposed Burleigh short plat meets the criteria of the
Edmonds Community Development Code and Comprehensive plan.
The site is approximately 0.97 acres or 42,197 square feet and is proposed to be
subdivided into four lots, each with a minimum lot size exceeding the underlying
RS -8 zone. The proposed use of single family is consistent with the city's
comprehensive plan.
A private road with direct access to 102nd Pl W will serve the site. Water and sewer
service is to be provided by Olympic View Water and Sewer district. The site's
storm drainage system is proposed as infiltration consistent with the
recommendations of our geotechnical engineer.
Please refer to our submittal package for other information not contained in this
letter.
