Tree Removals
Northwest Landscape Services is proposing to remove (12) twelve, Thundercloud Plum trees located at
Edmonds Medical plaza otthe address Vf2l6167(7»Ave W,Edmonds, VVA98026. The specified trees
are reaching old age, are showing signs of failure, and have been requested to be removed by the
property owner. After removal, the specified trees (shown in the attached plot plan) will be replaced
with (12) 1.75" caliper Cornus x 'Rutdan' Dogwood to meet the required codes of the City of Edmonds
ECDC 20.13. Trees will be spaced at twenty-five feet on center as specified in ECDC 20.13.030.D. Photos
ofthe specified trees are below.
