RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2007-1104, 2007-1106 TO
2007-1117; ARBOR COURT TOWNHOMES ON EDMONDS WAY
Dear Ms. Morgan:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review
can continue:
1. Height Calculations. Building 2 (BLD-2007-1106) shows average grade and
maximum proposed and allowed height calculations that are slightly off. The error
appears throughout the submittal because the individual building height calculations
for all the buildings are on each plan set; however, please simply correct the error on
the site plans (stand alone and sheet A-1.0 of the Building 2 plans) as well as the
elevation drawings for Building 2 (sheet A-3.0).
2. Landscape Bid. Please provide a written bid/itemized cost estimate for the
landscaping and irrigation proposed (including labor). This will help determine the
landscape inspection fee (and performance bond, if applicable).
You may redline your plans to reflect any changes; or, if you are submitting new plans, please
submit 3 site plans (one must be reduced size) and 2 sets of the updated pages of the building
plans. Please make all submittals to Marie Harrison, your Development Services Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; we are closed Wednesdays. If you
