Dear Ms. Morgan:
I received your redlined plans for BLD-2007-1106. Thank you. I did have one other concern
that I found as I was reviewing the site plan again.
1. Pole Light. The pole light to the northwest of Building 9 is indicated to be within the
property line setback area. It is also called out to be 84” high. Structures within the
setback area may only be a maximum of 36” high. Looking back through the ADB
approval, they specifically mentioned this concern as well.
As before, you may redline your plans to reflect any changes; or, if you are submitting new
plans, please submit 3 site plans (one must be reduced size) and 2 sets of the updated pages of
the building plans. Please make all submittals to Marie Harrison, your Development Services
Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; we are closed Wednesdays. If
