You are invited to attend this public hearing and provide public comment ona proposed
variance application.
The City has received an application by Paul & Jenelle Dent for a “Type III-B” variance to allow a
th
residential addition to be constructed within the side setbacks at 16330 75 Place West in the
single family residential (RS-20) zone. The RS-20 zone requires a minimum 10’ side setback and
35’ total, but this lot is only 42’ wide. The application was submitted on 10/26/2011and
determined to be complete on 11/29/2011.If approved, the applicant would be required to
obtain a building permit for the proposed addition.
Comments on this proposal are due by the close of the public hearing on January 12, 2012.
