During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Showlocationofdetentionsysteminrelationtoproposedpool.
2.Thedesignedcapacityfortheinstalleddetentionsystemisfor4000squarefeetofimpervious
surface.Thepooldeck,concretepatioandwalkwayexceedsthecapacityofthedetentionsystem
by226squarefeet.
3.Showlocationsofretainingwallsatsouthandeastendsofproperty.
4.EngineeringhasnotedinacorrectionnoticewrittenJuly19,thatthesouthretainingwall
encroachesuponCityright-of-wayandmustbemoved(seeattached).
5.Noteonsiteplanhowpoolistobefilled.Ifautomatically,areversepressurebackflowassembly
mustbeinstalledwiththemechanicalequipment.Iffilledmanually,anon-removablevacuum
breakermustbeinstalledwiththehosebibb.
6.Noteonsiteplanhowsplashistobehandled:whetherviaasplashdraintopool,slopedpool
decking,ortosanitarysewer.
