So I looked it up in the state system, and in ours, by name and address. They do not have a business license. Here is their website: https://villa-rivarola.business.site/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium= referral This is something where they are violating the code. They are calling this a hostel, so either it is commercial operating in a residential, or it is a home occ, that would likely need a CUP. First things first, they don’t have a Washington State Business License or a City of Edmonds Business License, so they are operating a business illegally. They can apply at bls.dor.wa.gov for both licenses. Hey just a thought – I have some BLS cards down here if you want some, if that would be helpful when you go out on these.
